TO SHARE THE RESCUED FRAGMENTS

To provide a sharing of images and thoughts as diverse, and yet as familiar, to the viewer as their own home-from locations such as Shinyong, Korea and Warsaw, Poland. The proposed theme of the continually considered imagery will be "We are all Alone. We are all One."

1. Those who view the nearly 200 different images are encouraged to find one or more that catch their mind, imagination, reflections, or distinct memories. A number for each image appears when hovering the cursor in the upper right corner of the image as a number, from 1 to 200.

2. If a memory, thought, lyric from literature, the fine arts, poetry, or just for the moment enters the viewers' mind, they are encouraged to send the image number and a short quotation from what they remember, have read, or what they imagine, through the Contact page. When appropriate, please add the writer's name, including one's own. If the "Photo Quote" fits well with the image the name of the writer, author, orator, imagination of the viewer or other source will appear as a new blog post. The unique/lesser known quotes are normally the best.

3. Thus a visual, thought provoking series will emerge, perhaps to be talked about, each selected piece one by one in a future Zoom or other type of international online meeting, coordinated by Robert Kowalczyk who has had numerous opportunities to coordinate such sessions through his academic experiences and community groups. Those who submit a Photo Quote will be invited to join a future international online: session. Keep watching the Blog.

4. All questions on this intercultural sharing of quotes will be answered by Robert. Please send any questions through the Contact page. All comments and suggestions are welcome.

5. It is important to remember that Rescued Fragments is a non-corporate, non-profit making- none religious, experiment in sharing. Thank you for your consideration and any and all writing contributions.

Sincerely,
Robert Kowalczyk (Kyoto, Japan)
